Delete your account in the app

1. Open Outfind and go to Me.
2. Tap Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Outfind Pro subscription, because Apple or Google bills it: cancel it in your app store first (see Support).

No longer have the app?

Email contact@outfind.app with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you sign in to Outfind with (or tell us which Apple or Google account you used). We may ask you to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within one month and email you when it’s done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account deletes, straight away:

• your account, name, @username, email address and settings;
• your looks and the photos and stills you imported, with their cut-outs, pieces, AI clean-ups and shopping matches;
• your collages, favourites, collections and wishlist;
• your price watches and their price history;
• your public profile, and everything on it in Discover;
• reports you made, reports about you, and your blocks;
• your push-notification tokens and subscription status.

If you signed in with Apple or Google, we also ask them to disconnect Outfind from that account.

What is kept, and for how long

• Subscription records (app-store transaction ids, no card details), kept by our subscription-management provider for accounting. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
• Error reports about app crashes, until they expire on a rolling basis.
• The import-check log (each import’s automated check result: category, confidence and time, no images), with nothing linking it to you.
• Copies of your public pieces that other users saved to their own wardrobes. Those copies belong to their accounts.
• Emails you sent us (support and rights requests), for up to 2 years after the request is resolved.
• Server logs and backups, for a limited period, then deleted on a rolling basis.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

• Looks: on Home, press and hold a look, tap Delete, and choose Delete outfits and pieces. This deletes the photo or still you imported and everything made from it. If one of its pieces is on a collage, the look is archived instead, so the collage keeps working, and is kept until you delete your account.
• Pieces: under Pieces, press and hold a piece and tap Delete (in your wardrobe, choose Delete everywhere). A deleted piece disappears from the app and from Discover, but is kept hidden until you delete the look it came from.
• Collages and collections: open one, then use its ··· menu to delete it.
• Price watches: tap Stop watching. The watch and its price history are deleted.
• Public profile: Settings → Privacy → turn on Private account. Your profile and everything on it leave Discover straight away. To keep one collage off Discover, use Remove from Discover in its menu.

To have anything else deleted, email contact@outfind.app from the address you sign in with and tell us what to delete. We reply within one month. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
