Effective date: 6 October 2026
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Semikind SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova with its registered office at Bd. Decebal 6, MD-2002 Chisinau, Republic of Moldova ("Outfind", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Outfind mobile application, its share extension, the outfind.app website, and any related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, tapping "I agree", or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Outfind is
Outfind is a personal fashion tool. You import fashion content (photos and screenshots from your camera roll, or TikTok and Instagram links), and the Service uses machine-learning models to detect clothing items, build a private digital wardrobe, compose outfit collages, and show similar shoppable products from third-party retailers, including prices, sizes, and availability where we can obtain them. You can also ask us to watch the price and stock of specific products and notify you of changes. If you choose to turn on a public profile, other users can browse the AI-cleaned pieces and collages you share, in Discover.
Outfind is a discovery tool, not a store. We do not sell, stock, ship, or warrant any product shown in the app. Every purchase happens on the third-party retailer's own site under that retailer's terms.
2. Eligibility — 18+
The Service is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older. We may ask you to confirm your age and may suspend or delete accounts that we reasonably believe belong to under-18 users. (See the Privacy Policy for how we handle any under-18 data we discover.)
3. Your account
- You need an account to use the Service. You can sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time code sent to your email. If you used an earlier version of the app without signing in, your data moves to your account when you sign in.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and sign-in method and for all activity under your account.
- You must give us accurate information and keep it current.
- You can set a public name and a unique @username. We may change or remove a name or username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is offensive, or is misleading.
- You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see Section 15).
4. Your content and the licence you give us
"User Content" means anything you submit to the Service: photos, screenshots, videos, links you import, wardrobe pieces, collages, names, and profile information.
You own your User Content. We claim no ownership. So that the Service can function, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process (including with machine-learning models), modify (e.g. crop, segment, or generate stylised cut-outs), display to you, and — only where you explicitly choose to share or make something public, for example with a public profile — display to others and let them save copies of, your User Content, solely to operate, provide, improve, and support the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except (a) for copies of your public pieces that other users saved to their own wardrobes, which they keep, and (b) for limited backup and legal-retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not use your User Content to train machine-learning models, and we do not use your User Content in our own marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
5. Your responsibilities for imported content — IMPORTANT
The import feature is designed for your own, user-initiated, personal use — one look at a time, kept private to your account by default.
By importing any content you represent and warrant that:
- you have the legal right to submit it to the Service for your personal, non-commercial use;
- your import does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- you will not use the Service to bulk-download, scrape, archive, or redistribute content from any platform;
- you will comply with the terms of the platform the content comes from.
People shown in imported content. Imported content may show real people. Outfind does not perform face recognition and does not create or store facial measurements or face embeddings — cut-outs are pixel-level image segmentations, not biometric identifiers. Your imports stay private to your account. A public profile shows only AI-cleaned pieces and collages you choose to share, never your original photos. Anyone who appears in content imported into Outfind may request its removal — see Section 13 (Subject takedown).
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not pre-screen imports, and we host them at your direction.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- import or share content that is sexually explicit involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities), hateful, harassing, or otherwise abusive;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, or data of the Service, except where the law permits;
- probe, scan, or test the Service's security, bypass rate limits or quotas, or access other users' data;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the Service, or resell / commercially exploit the Service or its data;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service to send spam;
- share on a public profile anything that isn't yours to share, that shows or targets another person without their consent, or that is abusive;
- interfere with the operation of the Service or impose an unreasonable load on it.
We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
6a. Reporting and blocking
Any public profile, and any piece or collage on it, can be reported from the app (the "···" menu on a profile, or the Report link on a piece). You can also block any user; a block hides the two of you from each other in Discover, people search, and profiles. We aim to review every report within 24 hours and may remove content, turn a profile private, or suspend or terminate an account. We don't tell a reported user who reported them. Deliberately false reports are a breach of these Terms.
7. Shopping results, prices, and availability — no guarantees
- Product matches are similar items found by visual search. We do not claim any result is the exact item shown in your import, and results are not endorsements by us or by any brand or retailer.
- Prices, currencies, sizes, and stock are collected automatically from retailers and search partners, and some load progressively after results first appear. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date at any moment. The price and availability shown at the retailer's checkout are the only ones that count.
- Price-watch alerts are best-effort notifications, not promises: checks run periodically, retailers change and block data sources, and a watch can become stale or stop working. A price-drop or back-in-stock alert is not a guarantee that the price or stock still holds when you open the link.
- We are not responsible for the products, pricing errors, shipping, returns, customer service, or data practices of any retailer. Your purchase contract is with the retailer alone.
- All brand and retailer names and logos belong to their owners; their appearance in results does not imply affiliation with or endorsement of Outfind.
8. Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound retailer links are affiliate links, routed through affiliate networks. If you buy something after tapping a link in Outfind, we may earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay. This disclosure also appears on shopping screens in the app.
9. Subscriptions, trials, and billing (Outfind Pro)
- Parts of the Service are free. Outfind Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription — monthly, every 3 months, or yearly — that unlocks unlimited imports and shopping searches, AI clean-ups of your pieces, price watching, and the other premium features shown at purchase. "Unlimited" is subject to fair-use limits that stop abuse. Free accounts have weekly limits on imports and shopping searches. Prices are shown in the app in your app store's local currency and can differ by country.
- Free trial: where offered (the length is shown before you subscribe), your subscription starts when the trial ends and auto-renews at the price shown at checkout unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Billing is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never see your card details. Subscription management and cancellation happen in your App Store / Play Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, which you keep until then.
- Renewal: your subscription renews automatically each period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. We will notify you in advance of any price increase, and where required by law you will need to affirmatively accept it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies. Where you have statutory refund or cooling-off rights (e.g. UK/EU consumers), nothing in these Terms limits them.
- We may change the features included in any plan; if we materially reduce what a paid plan includes mid-period, you may cancel and, where required by law, receive a pro-rata refund.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service — including the app, design, text, graphics, logos, and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your devices for personal, non-commercial use. "Outfind" and our logos may not be used without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
11. AI-generated content
Some features use generative AI (for example, AI clean-ups that redraw your pieces as product-style images). Generated output may be inaccurate or imperfect and is provided for personal styling use only. You are responsible for how you use and share generated output. We may decline to process content that violates our providers' safety policies.
12. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users to do the same.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@outfind.app (subject "Copyright notice"). Registration of our designated agent with the US Copyright Office is being finalised, and the agent's details will be published here. Include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact details; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act; (6) your physical or electronic signature. Misrepresentation in a takedown notice can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. §512(f)).
We will remove or disable access to infringing material, may notify the user, will accept counter-notices as provided by law, and maintain a repeat-infringer policy: accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.
13. Subject takedown — "remove me"
If you appear in a photo or video that someone imported into Outfind and want it removed, contact contact@outfind.app with a description of the content and reasonable proof of identity. We aim to respond within 7 days. This right belongs to anyone shown in imported content, whether or not they use Outfind.
14. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers (app stores, sign-in providers, search, hosting, AI, and payment services — listed in the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Links out of the app (including retailer links) are provided for convenience; you use them at your own risk under the third party's terms.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access (with notice where practicable, immediately where necessary) if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, if a platform partner requires it, or if we discontinue the Service. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription pro-rata for the unused period, where the app-store rules and law allow. Sections that by their nature should survive (4, 7, 10, 16–19) survive termination.
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OF RESULTS (INCLUDING PRODUCT MATCHES, PRICES, SIZES, AND STOCK), AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. USER CONTENT IS PROVIDED BY USERS, IS NOT REVIEWED BY US BEFORE IT APPEARS (WE ACT ON REPORTS — SECTION 6A), AND DOES NOT REPRESENT OUR VIEWS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including UK/EU statutory consumer rights.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL; (b) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD AND (ii) £50 / US$50.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW — INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR (FOR UK/EU CONSUMERS) ANY NON-EXCLUDABLE STATUTORY LIABILITY.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law (and except where you are a consumer whose local law does not allow this), you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of: (a) your User Content, including claims that imported content infringes a third party's copyright, privacy, or publicity rights; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your misuse of the Service.
19. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms, and any dispute about them or the Service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
- If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms takes those protections away. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform.
- Informal resolution first: before filing a claim, contact us at contact@outfind.app — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
20. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We are a small, fast-moving product: features may change, be added, or be removed. We may update these Terms; if a change is material we will give you reasonable advance notice in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance; if you don't agree, stop using the Service and delete your account. Where required by law (e.g. UK/EU), material changes to a paid subscription take effect only after notice and, where required, your consent — otherwise you may cancel.
21. General
- These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
- These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
- Apple/Google terms: these Terms are between you and us, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the app, and are third-party beneficiaries of this Section with the right to enforce it.
